Online Payments

Introduction of online payment system

We are delighted to inform you that we have recently signed up to the online payment system SchoolMoney.  This means that you will have the facility to make payments for school expenses, initially starting with school dinners, online with your debit or credit card…no more searching for change on a Monday morning!!

This new payment system will benefit both us as a school and you as a parent. Not only will you be able to pay for items from home but you will also be able to access your account at any time to see if there is anything you need to pay for.  SchoolMoney will enable us to run a more streamlined, cost-effective and efficient payment system in a secure and safe environment.

You will have be automatically signed up to the system through the school and as long as you have provided us with an up to date mobile telephone number we will have sent you a password. This password will give you access to your SchoolMoney account where you can pay for any items we have requested from you from 9th December 2019.

To log into SchoolMoney:

  1. Visit the website www.eduspot.co.uk 
  2. Click on the sign in button in the top right hand corner.
  3. In the drop down, select the SchoolMoney Parent Login option
  4. Enter your mobile number, email address, the password we have sent to you, and your child’s first name.

We would ask that you try to sign in within 3 days of receiving your password, and let us know if you are experiencing any problems.  One possible reason for struggling to log in may be that the contact details you’ve provided us with are no longer correct. Please let us know immediately if your mobile number changes.

We appreciate your cooperation and patience in the early stages of rolling this system out to you, and we hope that this will make paying for things much easier.

We understand that this system may not be suitable for everyone and some of you may still prefer to send dinner money into the school office.  This will still be accepted on a Monday morning in the yellow money wallets provided if you do not wish to use the online system.
